Paint Colours to Create a Restful Bedroom Atmosphere!

Everyone dreams of waking up refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on their day!  While many factors play into a great night’s sleep-from your evening routine to the temperature of your room, one often overlooked element is the physical colour of your bedroom walls.

I prefer cooler colours that are muted and calm which pair amazingly with  a cooler temperature room and total darkness.

I’m here to help you choose the perfect paint colour to create a serene, sleep-friendly atmosphere.  Discover the shades that can help you drift off peacefully and wake up feeling your best!

** All colours are Benjamin Moore simply because that is my favourite brand **

  • White is a clean and calming colour and has an uncluttered effect on us which allows us to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
