With over 20 years of residential design experience, working alongside some of Toronto’s most respected architects and designers, I offer a focused in-home design consultation to help homeowners gain clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.

This consultation is designed to help you make informed decisions before committing to purchases or renovations.

WHAT TO EXPECT

If you live within the GTA, I offer a two-hour in-home consultation where we walk through your space together and discuss your goals, challenges, and priorities.

During the consultation, we may cover:

  • How you use each space and what isn’t working
  • Furniture layout, scale, and circulation
  • Space planning and overall flow
  • Initial direction for finishes, materials, and furnishings

The focus is on understanding how you live and identifying practical, well-considered next steps.

AFTER THE CONSULTATION

Following our session, you’ll receive a detailed follow-up email outlining my recommendations, including:

  • Suggested design direction
  • Colour palettes, fabrics, and material ideas
  • Furniture and layout guidance
  • Art and accessory suggestions to personalize your home

This allows you to move forward with clarity, whether you choose to implement the recommendations independently or continue into a larger design project.

NEXT STEPS

Some clients use the consultation as a standalone service to guide their decisions. Many choose to continue into full-service design for kitchens, bathrooms, or larger renovations.

The consultation allows us to determine what level of support makes sense before committing further.

Kerry was always there for questions and to help with purchasing as needed.


We had never engaged in design services before, mainly because I was intimidated by what I thought that meant. But at my husband’s request we brought Kerry to the job. After a discovery type meeting, Kerry provided us with a vision full of options. The electronic design proposal had a colour palette we loved, 2 layouts that actually worked within the real dimensions of our space, and all the elements we had talked about during our initial discussion. From this point, we felt we had a comprehensive plan, one which we all agreed upon and most importantly one in which we felt confident in doing over the course of a period of time.
